There are versions of tempeh that use only soybeans. Or mixed with other nuts and grains. These can be purchased commonly at department stores or health food stores. There are both boxed, canned and frozen products. Or you can choose to make and eat it yourself at home. Just use fermented beans and powder plantains for fermenting ready-made tempeh. Fermented for about 3–4 days, it can be eaten.

People can eat tempeh safely and without any negative effects on their health. But people with certain health conditions should not be eat. For example.
